Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction in Greenville, SC to support the Orthopaedics-Reconstruction team. You will assist in scheduling cases, secure implants and instrumentation, and collaborate with surgeons and hospital staff to drive value and outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 2–4 overnights per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 2–4 overnights per month.
• Strong ability to build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory for surgeries.
• Observe procedures and consult the surgical team on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Manage logistical requirements for cases to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop a territory business plan to drive revenue and meet/exceed quotas.
