Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) Westmont Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation in a collaborative setting with our physicians. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and document progress while coordinating with staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in Illinois.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services through collaborative care with physicians.
• Interpret orders, perform initial evaluations, and establish treatment plans and goals.
• Document patient status and progress per IBJI guidelines.
• Determine discharge timeline and follow-up needs.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and coordinate with clinical staff.
