Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in Illinois.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional patient care.
• Interprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans.
• Documentation of patient status to physicians per IBJI rehab guidelines.
• Determine discharge timeline and follow up.
• Supervision of Rehabilitation Technicians during patient care.
