Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare.
• Broad knowledge of physician practice management and budget management.
• Experience working with third party payers and knowledge of billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations to ensure department efficiency and budget compliance.
• Manage staffing, schedules, payroll, onboarding, training, and credentialing.
• Participate in management and staff meetings and communicate operational issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to calls and scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, orders, referrals, and documentation.
• Support accurate billing processes including charge entry and deposits.
• Schedule appointments, diagnostics, and operating room time with precise calendars.
• Coordinate patient check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
• Provide professional leadership fostering teamwork and trust.
• Maintain inventory and budget management.
