Job summary

Providence Medical Group is seeking a Manager Clinic Operations to provide operational and management support for assigned clinic(s) and department(s) under the direction of the Director. This role supports our Orthopedic Surgery and Sarcoma programs and contributes to the stability and success of these services.

The position is embedded in a patient-focused culture with emphasis on whole-person care, professional growth, and collaboration across teams within Physician Management Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent educ/experience.
• 6 years Healthcare or job-related experience.
• 4 years Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and management support for assigned clinic(s) and department(s) to benefit PMG providers, staff and patients under the direction of their Director.
• Play a vital leadership role in supporting Orthopedic Surgery and Sarcoma programs and related services.
