Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Chicago is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a mission-driven orthopedic team. You will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, including young adults to seniors, with evidence-based approaches to restore function and reduce pain.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, PTAs, OTs, and support staff, document in Epic Hyperspace, and mentor PTAs while contributing to innovative services like Blood Flow Restriction therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligible).
• DPT degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with musculoskeletal orthopedics and post-surgical patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document progress.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, OTs, and staff for coordinated care.
• Supervise PTAs (1:1) and stay current with PT practice advancements.
• Document in Epic Hyperspace and ensure compliance.
