Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT preferred).
• Experience with evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations (goniometry, manual muscle testing).
• Develop and implement individualized PT plans.
• Utilize interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
