Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Discretion to work with confidential information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer calls with positive, patient-focused service.
• Relay team protocols accurately to patients using knowledge base and systems.
• Triage patient calls and physician messages; use EMR to ensure effective communication.
• Register and schedule patient appointments as needed to support partners and requests.
• Obtain prescription refill requests and triage to appropriate physician team.
• Complete required forms (e.g., TDI, FMLA) promptly.
