Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Warwick, RI seeks a Physician & Community Relations Manager to expand referral networks and strengthen physician relationships across the geographic footprint. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with referring providers, coordinating educational events, and capturing stories for brand awareness and patient growth.

You will lead community outreach, sponsorships, and content collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team; travel as needed;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in physician relations or healthcare marketing preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly across service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with referring physicians and other sources.
• Conduct regular physician visits, lunches, and educational outreach.
• Coordinate community outreach, sponsorships, and events.
• Capture physician and patient stories for marketing content.
• Track referral trends and report on outreach and growth.
