Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical office procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Inform patients of delays or longer wait times.
• Direct patients to their treatment location from the waiting area.
• Describe policies for new and established patients; maintain exam rooms and clean facilities.
