Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to position and sell the Pacira portfolio within a defined territory.

You will leverage clinical and technical product knowledge to support clinicians, drive adoption, and exceed revenue targets in collaboration with the Regional Director. The role requires building relationships with physicians, schedulers, practice managers, and staff, while maintaining up-to-date product expertise and utilizing the Veeva system for account data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct selling experience to hospitals and healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry.
• Minimum 1 year experience selling in the OR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy using account-based operations and dashboards.
• Exceed corporate revenue objectives within the assigned geography.
• Work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, providers and pharmacy to drive product adoption.
• Develop and maintain product expertise and knowledge.
• Manage time to increase sales productivity and implement sales activities.
• Collaborate with Region Director on strategic and tactical planning.
• Update sales account information in the CRM (Veeva).
• Travel extensively to hospitals, ASCs, and offices to educate and close deals.
