Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance coverage and assists billing with processing claims.
• Communicates test results to patients when directed by physicians or nursing staff.
• Contacts patients regarding appointments and answers billing questions.
• Assists patients with re-scheduling appointments and other scheduling issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
