Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred; AAS with 6+ years experience considered per department needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned unit/service and promote quality patient care.
• Promote the organization’s mission and strategic plans within SJHHC.
• Lead and develop coordinators and staff; supervise performance and schedule staffing.
• Oversee budgeting, capital expenditure processes, and regulatory compliance.
