Smith+Naphew, a leading orthopedic medical device company, is hiring a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma in the Western U.S.

You will build relationships with fellows and programs, drive education attendance, and collaborate with Medical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to tailor programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in medical device sales or medical education.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows and stakeholders.
• Experience with orthopedic training or surgeon education.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and drive engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of fellowship programs, fellow engagement, training curricula, and exposure to Smith+Naphew products and techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities expanding fellows' exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process, partnering with commercial teams for a seamless transition to independent practice.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams to maximize engagement.
• Design and implement customized educational programs addressing fellowship needs.
• Prioritize fellowship programs based on engagement and business objectives.
