Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and visitors; manage telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments and complete registration tasks.
• Collect copays, post charges, and manage cash at the point of service.
• Ensure provider schedules are populated and patient information is accurate.
• Support front-end operations to maintain patient satisfaction.
