Job summary

Asante is seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) at our Medford and Grants Pass locations. The role includes greeting patients, handling phone calls, scheduling, registration, copay collection, and end-of-day cash procedures. We support both PSR1 and PSR2 levels with wage ranges based on experience.

Starting wages: PSR1 $16.99–$23.38/hr and PSR2 $18.09–$24.88/hr. The position is full-time, Monday-Thursday 07:45–17:15 and Friday 08:15–12:15, with work spanning two sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical, administrative, healthcare, or customer service is required.
• Minimum 2 years of front-desk customer-related experience for PSR2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and visitors.
• Answer phones and manage scheduling, registration, and copay collections.
• Post charges and manage end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain accurate provider schedules and patient accounts.
