Job summary

TRIA Orthopedics seeks a Clinic Operations Supervisor to lead the Maple Grove clinic and the upcoming Plymouth clinic opening spring 2027, ensuring seamless operations and patient experience.

You will supervise daily operations, plan and direct programs and staff, and collaborate with clinical teams to meet goals while maintaining high standards of safety and service. M-F days, CPR/BLS, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous clinic experience in orthopedics or related role.
• CPR and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to meet goals.
• Plan, implement and direct programs and staff.
• Supervise staff at Maple Grove clinic and Plymouth clinic.
