Job summary

TRIA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the Maple Grove TRIA clinic and the upcoming Plymouth TRIA clinic. You will supervise daily operations, ensure goals are met, and manage staff across two similar departments.

Role requires prior clinic experience, CPR/BLS credentials, and strong leadership. Schedule is M-F days with a weekend call rotation, supporting safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and clinic experience in Orthopedics or related field preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Demonstrated leadership in organizing, planning, and directing operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the department to ensure goals are met.
• Plan, implement and direct programs, procedures and systems.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling for 7a–8p operations with weekend call rotation.
• Maintain high standards of patient advocacy and customer service.

Job description

TRIA is looking to hire a Operations Supervisor to join our orthopedic team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

Supervises the daily operations of a single designated department or two similar designated departments assuring goals and objectives are obtained through the planning, implementing, and directing of programs, procedures, systems, and support personnel.

Operating hours of the department are 7 days a week from 8a-8p.

This role will oversee the Maple Grove TRIA clinic as well as the new upcoming Plymouth TRIA clinic (opening spring 2027)

Work Schedule:

M-F Days

Will participate in a weekend call rotation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous clinic experience as an Orthopedic Assistant, Athletic Trainer, LPN, or RN and will work within the scope of that job
• CPR and BLS

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year related supervisory or 3+ years related non-supervisory experience
• Advanced medical training obtained through the military, a nursing program, or another similar source.
• Proven leadership skills in organizing, planning, and directing an operation and its staff.
• Proven proficiency in the operation of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record, Personal Computer, Telephone, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Printer, Defibrillator, Various Health Testing Devices (specific to the area of specialty), Thermometer, Scale, and Blood Pressure Equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree
• The ability to exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Role model with strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong patient advocacy skills and superior customer service skills. Ongoing mentorship to team members.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients.
