Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
5+ years of healthcare operations management experience.
Experience in orthopedic clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to the orthopedic clinic, aligning operations with goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling and staffing to ensure efficient service.
Collaborate with physicians and admin to optimize workflows and patient experience.
Develop and implement policies to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Manage clinic budget and revenue cycle activities.
Lead and mentor clinic staff to drive performance and patient care.
