Trinity Health's MercyOne Genesis Crow Valley Orthopedics Care Clinic is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and staff performance, ensuring patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.

The role supports hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, helps with budget management, and collaborates with clinic leadership to implement protocols and improve workflows. Full-time, day shift, no weekends.

Formación

• Current license or certification as RN, LPN, or MA; or completion of approved training program in laboratory and registered as CLS, MLT or Radiologic Technologist.
• Two years’ experience in a clinic/physician office.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for the Healthcare Provider.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical operations and guide staff performance in a patient-centered clinic.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluating clinical staff.
• Support schedule planning, training, budgeting, and enforcing clinic protocols.
