Job summary

Smith+Nebhew NW Tampa, FL is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join the Orthopaedics Sales Team. You will be assigned a territory and hospital accounts, assist in scheduling operative cases, secure inventory, observe procedures, and consult the surgical team on instrumentation and implants.

You will become a technical expert through structured trainings, build rapport with surgeons, KOLs, and staff, and develop an effective territory plan to drive revenue and meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license applicable to current residence to facilitate travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on instrumentation and implants.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Work with surgeons, hospital staff and KOLs to optimize access and outcomes.
