Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative – Full Line in Spokane, WA to support the Orthopaedics sales team. You will assist in scheduling operative cases, secure instrument inventory, and consult surgeons on Smith+Nebhew implants.

You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, develop territory plans to meet quotas, and travel 2–4 overnights per month within the designated territory. A bachelor’s degree and two years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of two years of professional sales experience.
• Requires valid driver's license and ability to travel 2–4 overnights per month.
• Credentialing to gain entry into healthcare facilities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory for those cases.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on instrumentation and implants.
• Develop territory business plans to generate revenue and meet/exceed quotas.
• Travel within designated territory with 2–4 overnights a month; occasional national travel.
