Job summary

Smith+Naphew in Savannah, GA seeks an Associate Sales Representative for the Orthopaedics line. You will partner with the Orthopaedics sales team to schedule operative cases, secure instrument inventory, observe procedures, and advise the surgical team on Smith+Naphew products while learning the portfolio through structured trainings.

You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, develop territory plans, and drive revenue to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within designated territory; 2–4 overnights per month.
• Credentialing with facilities and adherence to vaccine protocols as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases.
• Secure inventory for cases and ensure availability.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Complete logistical requirements for each case and coordinate with hospital staff.
