Qualifications

• Self-motivated sales professional who can work in a territory and meet quotas.
• Ability to build rapport with surgeons, hospital staff and KOLs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support the sales team.
• Technical learning of orthopaedic trauma products through structured training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Complete all logistical requirements for cases and learn technical information related to procedures.
• Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
