Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support providers in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work directly with patients, assist with exams and procedures, and help coordinate care to create a positive healthcare experience.

The role requires completing an MA program or equivalent training, plus MA credentials or EMT/paramedic licensure; 0–1 year clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MA program, externship, or EMT/Paramedic training recommended.
• Current MA recertification CEUs if credentialed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist with exams, procedures, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate test results and provider instructions to patients.
• Provide patient and family education to support better health outcomes.
• Coordinate care and liaise between patients and providers.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
