• Proficient with MS Office, Minitab and databases.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and supervises work performed by staff.
• Establishes schedules and maintenance plans to meet system demands.
• Mentors, develops, evaluates, and coaches staff.
• Manages budget and controls expenses.
• Handles vendor bids and procurement.
• Ensures quality and safety of work and timely completion.
• Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
• Communicates business issues to management.
• Supports special projects and reporting to management.
• Monitors production and takes corrective action.
