Johnson & Johnson seeks a Launch Management Lead (Sr. Engineer) to join the DePuy Synthes SCPM group in West Chester, PA, responsible for leading NPI/LCM projects and ensuring supply continuity through cross‑functional collaboration.

You will drive design inputs, supplier qualification, contract scope, capacity planning, and strategic make/buy decisions while coordinating manufacturing, quality, and finance to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience or 4 years with MS/MBA.
Medical Device/Pharma/Biologics experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

Act as Launch Lead for NPI/LCM projects and drive project plans and key deliverables.
Provide operations inputs into product design to meet cost and gross profit targets.
Identify, qualify and collaborate with suppliers for material selection and process excellence.
Facilitate commercial supply agreements and ensure manufacturing requirements are addressed.
Lead capacity planning and make/buy decisions with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, finance and planning to meet program objectives.
Maintain two-way communication across project teams and supply chain functions.
