Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Technology, or related discipline required.
• Equivalent combination of Associate Degree, technical certification, or licensed trades with relevant maintenance leadership experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multi-craft maintenance team and manage performance and development.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production schedules.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures and compliance.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate risks as needed.
• Assist troubleshooting and restoring equipment to service.
• Maintain equipment readiness to support operational objectives and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
• Review work orders and CMMS documentation for accuracy and closure.
• Support spare parts management and contractor oversight.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within maintenance operations.
