Job summary

Life Unlimited, within Smith+ Nephew, seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support the Orthopedics‑Reconstruction team in an assigned territory. You will handle installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, set up demo inventory, and cover cases for sales reps, learning technical details of procedures.

You’ll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and prior sales experience. Expect 50–75% travel and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to be successful.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license to facilitate travel.
• Experience: Prefers a minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Travel: 50–75% travel required.
• Knowledge: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains technical information related to orthopedic reconstruction.
• Gains knowledge of Recon, Trauma, Extremities and Universal Products lines and pricing strategies.
• Assists with inventory moves between accounts.
• Covers cases for reps and provides sales support.
• Provides technical information to surgeons per user manuals.
• Trains hospital personnel in product use and care.
• Completes structured product/sales training assessments.
• Supports district targets and develops new business opportunities.
• Monitors performance metrics for territory growth.
