Job summary

The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is seeking energetic Physical Therapists to join our staff therapy team. The Physical Therapist administers necessary physical therapy treatment after a comprehensive evaluation for patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and related system injuries.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience with computers and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care 100% of work time with documentation in medical records.
• Conducts comprehensive evaluations to determine course of care.
• Performs and documents tests and measurements (strength, ROM, etc.).
• Administers physical therapy treatments to decrease pain and increase function.
• Supervises assistants and student observers as applicable.
• Documents CPT codes and billing charges.
• Ensures compliance with insurance guidelines and CAO requirements.
• Collaborates with other providers for patient recovery.
