Job summary

The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Staff therapy team in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The PT administers therapy after evaluation to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability, working independently or with support staff.

CAO offers extensive continuing education, relocation assistance, Medbridge CEU subscriptions, and a generous CE budget, with opportunities for clinical growth across 60 locations.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the Physical Therapist will be practicing.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care 100% of work time with documentation in medical records.
• Performs tests and measurements such as strength, ROM, sensory perception, functional capacity.
• Administers PT treatments to decrease pain and increase function.
• Supervises PT assistants and therapy staff as applicable.
• Collaborates with other providers to ensure outcomes.
