Job summary
The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics, LLC (CAO) is seeking an energetic Physical Therapist to join our staff therapy team and deliver patient care after comprehensive evaluations.
You will administer PT treatments, document outcomes in the EMR, and collaborate with physicians to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
CAO offers relocation assistance, a Medbridge/CEU program, ongoing education opportunities, and a generous continuing education budget.
Qualifications
- Requires degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist where practicing.
- CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
- Experience with computers and electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care 100% of work time with documentation in medical records.
- Performs tests and measurements (strength, ROM, sensory, functional capacity, respiratory/circulatory status).
- Administers PT treatments and monitors progress to reduce pain and improve function.
- Supervises PT assistants and therapy staff as applicable.
- Collaborates with other medical providers to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Maintains compliance with all regulations and CAO policies.
