Job summary

Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO) seeks energetic Physical Therapists to join our Staff therapy team. The Physical Therapist administers treatments based on evaluations to help restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability, independently or with support staff.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• State licensure as Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and documents in medical records.
• Conducts comprehensive evaluations to determine care plan and follow-up treatments.
• Performs tests and measurements (ROM, strength, functional capacity).
• Administers PT treatments to decrease pain and improve function.
• Supervises assistants and coordination with care team.
• Adheres to insurance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains licensure and continuing education requirements.
