Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Consultant, Early Intervention to support the Baltimore, MD territory.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales in pharma/medical industries, or an Associate with 4+ years, plus willingness to travel and a US driver’s license. This role offers a base salary of $69,000–$110,400 with a competitive incentive program and benefits. You will engage surgeons and office staff, manage accounts, and develop territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries.
• Associate degree and at least four (4) years of sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries.
• Residence in or ability to relocate to the posted territory.
• Must be willing and able to travel to all accounts within an assigned territory, with extensive travel and possible overnight travel.
• A valid Driver’s license issued in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and Planning: Identify and qualify prospective accounts. Develop and implement account-specific plans and selling strategies to grow sales and convert new business.
• Product Sales: Drive product sales within an assigned territory in clinical setting or set of named accounts. Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of products.
• Customer Relationships: Gain access to the right customers and build effective relations with key surgeons, office staff, administration and specialists.
• Customer Care: Educate surgeons and staff, provide timely follow-up, and use online tools for benefits and reimbursement.
• Inventory Management: Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in proper condition.
