Job summary

Wired Orthodotics seeks a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on orthodontic treatment options and help establish payment plans. You’ll follow up with prospects, schedule consultations, and prepare patients for exams, while coordinating referrals to specialists as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales or service, excellent communication skills, and an ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options.
• Explain financial options and assist with payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment and set consultations.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Support local store marketing and community events.
