Choice Healthcare Services in Avondale, AZ seeks an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to guide new patients through exams, treatment options, and fees, ensuring they leave well-informed. The role builds rapport, confirms appointments, and supports the office, doctor, and team.

Responsibilities include presenting plans, documenting findings, managing recalls, and educating patients about veneers, implants, crowns, and ortho options, while coordinating letters and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of dental/orthodontic treatment planning experience, preferred.
• 6+ months of sales experience, preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal confirmation of all exam, observation, and recall patients.
• Maintains a low percentage of no-shows by confirming patient appointments the two nights before.
• Schedule New Patient appointments to maintain a full productive exam schedule every day.
• Confirm paperwork to ensure timely patient care.
• Put patients and parents at ease with a friendly meet and greet.
• Introduce patients to the office and provide tours.
• Discuss treatment plans with patients/parents.
• Document diagnostic findings and treatment recommendations.
• Explain office policies and procedures.
• Manage contracts and follow-up appointments in Practice Management System.
• Maintain recall system and start conversion goals.
• Prepare and send patient letters to doctors and patients.
• Follow up on exam patients and track pending cases.
• Notify Doctors of required letters or x-ray readings to finalize exams.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Explain financial arrangements and obtain signatures.
• Educate patients about treatment options and dental benefits.
• Use office technology (photos, intraoral camera) for patient education.
• Monitor treatment plans and case acceptance.
