Job summary

Private Orthodontic Practice in Palm Beach County, FL is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to be the primary contact for new and existing patients, explaining treatment options and financing while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and be organized, dependable, and patient-focused.

Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, but training is available.

• Coordinating treatment and communicating with patients and families.
• Discussing treatment fees, financing, and payment options.
• Helping the doctor and team maintain an organized, efficient schedule.
• Supporting front-office operations as needed.
