Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator in Munster, Indiana to support patients through their orthodontic journey. You will communicate treatment plans, facilitate scheduling and payment arrangements, and coordinate with families to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include consultations, financial discussions, account tracking, and assisting during travel to sister clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience.
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to understand oral health history and objectives.
• Explain the treatment plan and address patient questions.
• Assist patients with scheduling and payment arrangements.
• Conduct financial consultations and review payment options.
• Track accounts receivable and assist in collections.
• Greet patients and check in/out before and after treatment.
• Support marketing events and travel to sister clinics as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized clinic/office area.
