Job summary

Alpha Orthodontics in Albert Lea, MN seeks a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, discuss financial plans, and build strong patient relationships. You’ll manage scheduling, coordinate referrals, and support local marketing efforts in a fast-paced, people-focused practice.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or higher, at least one year in sales or service, and strong communication skills. Bilingual a plus; competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients and maintain relationships.
• Excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate patients and overcome objections.
• Explain payment options and finance policies to patients.
• Follow up on pending reports and schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate appointments.
• Set up consultations and keep schedules full; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Assist in local marketing and community events.
