Job summary

Smile Doctors is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about orthodontic treatment options, discuss payment plans, and build strong patient relationships. The role emphasizes ensuring clear communication about plans and costs in a friendly, patient-focused environment.

You will present treatment plans, guide patients through payment options, follow up to schedule consultations, and help prepare for exams while coordinating referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and establish good working relationships.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan and options.
• Educate patients on financial arrangements and payment options.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment and consultations.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events to promote the practice.
