Seder Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will educate new patients on treatment options, help with financial arrangements, and cultivate strong patient relationships.

Key duties include presenting treatment plans, handling payments, and scheduling consultations while maintaining a full appointment book. A 1+ year sales/service background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients regarding treatment options and financial arrangements.
• Explain and educate patients on payment options and policies.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule consultations and keep schedules full.
