Lone Peak Dental Group in Tumwater is seeking a motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. This role focuses on making dental visits enjoyable for children while providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Full‑time role (30+ hours per week).
• Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.
• CPR Certification is required.

A Typical Day As An Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage & financing options.
• Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid‑friendly environment.

Schedule

• 8‑hour shifts
• Daytime hours – No nights!
