Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group seeks an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Part Time) for Zoo Crew Pediatric in Lebanon. You’ll warmly welcome kids and families, present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage and financing options, and ensure accurate documentation.

The position emphasizes a positive, fast-paced environment, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Daytime hours, no evenings; benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or sales experience required; dental experience required.
• Dental Radiology Certification a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage and financing options.
• Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.

Requirements:
