OrthoSynetics Inc is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who will serve as the Bliss Coordinator, owning the new patient process and ensuring consistent delivery of the Smilebliss mission: Affordability, a Blissful Experience, and Time Efficiency. You will guide patients through their consultation, clearly present treatment and financial options, and support confident same-day treatment starts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new patient consultation process from exam through treatment decision.
• Present treatment recommendations clearly and support patient understanding of treatment benefits, timeline, and next steps.
• Create a positive, efficient, and supportive consultation experience.
• Present financial plans and payment options aligned with Smilebliss affordability standards.
• Review and complete contracts and required paperwork accurately.
• Support and encourage same-day treatment starts.
• Coordinate same-day treatment starts, including contracts, consents, and scheduling.
• Manage follow-up communication for patients who do not start the same day.
• Conduct timely call-backs and continued outreach to support case acceptance.
• Maintain accuracy in contracts, patient records, and financial documentation.

• Lead the new patient consultation process from exam through treatment decision
• Present treatment recommendations clearly and support patient understanding of treatment benefits, timeline, and next steps

Financial Presentation and Case Acceptance

• Present financial plans and payment options aligned with Smilebliss affordability standards
