Smilebliss is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to own the new patient process, guide patients through consultations, and clearly present treatment and financial options. You will support confident same-day starts and ensure a positive, efficient patient experience within a fast-paced dental/orthodontic setting.

You will coordinate contracts, consents, and scheduling, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with clinical and scheduling teams to drive strong case acceptance and practice growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to clearly present treatment and financial options.
• Ability to guide new patients from exam to treatment decision.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Lead the new patient consultation from exam through treatment decision.
• Present treatment options, benefits, timeline, and next steps.
• Coordinate same-day treatment starts, including contracts and consents.
• Follow up with patients who do not start on the same day and manage outreach.
