• Conduct timely call-backs and continued outreach to support case acceptance.
• Maintain accuracy in contracts, patient records, and financial documentation.

You will guide patients through their consultation, clearly present treatment and financial options, and support confident same-day treatment starts. This role is essential in helping patients understand their options, feel confident in their decision, and begin treatment as efficiently as possible.
