DN Orthodontics in Metairie, LA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will educate new patients about treatment options, discuss financial plans, and help build strong relationships.

You’ll manage patient appointments, follow up with prospective clients to schedule treatment, coordinate referrals to specialists, and assist in local marketing and community events. The ideal candidate has at least one year in sales or service, and is outgoing, adaptable, and excited to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients about treatment options and present orthodontic plans.
• Explain financial options and help educate patients on payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate consultations.
• Keep schedules full by following up with existing and prospective patients.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists prior to treatment as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
