Job summary

Redemption Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to serve as a trusted guide for new patients and families, ensuring a warm, informative consultation experience. You will help patients understand diagnoses, treatment options, costs, and insurance benefits while coordinating with doctors and the broader team.

The role involves on-site work, collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, and occasional travel to community events.

Qualifications

• Confident, compassionate, and highly organized communicator with excellent customer-service skills.
• Able to explain orthodontic procedures and financial information clearly.
• Flexible to occasionally work late, remotely, or outside regular hours when preapproved.
• CPR certification, an X-ray license, and Orthodontic Dental Assistant certification required or on-the-job.
• Experience in dental/orthodontic or fast-paced admin settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the treatment-consultation and onboarding process, explaining diagnosis, treatment, costs, insurance benefits, and payment options.
• Communicate with patients via telephone, email, and text; document interactions; coordinate referrals with other dental offices; resolve questions with follow-up.
• Support and train other team members, assist concierge/financial functions, and participate in approved marketing/community initiatives.
