You will convert consultations into starts, educate patients on options, verify insurance, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Comfort using computers and office software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Convert consultations into starts: Meet or exceed monthly conversion goals by helping patients begin treatment.
• Educate patients: Explain options and show the long-term benefits of orthodontic care in simple, friendly terms.
