Job summary

OrthoFi is seeking a Training & Implementation Lead to roll out our orthodontic software nationwide. You will manage end-to-end implementations, align stakeholders, and follow structured project plans from kickoff to go-live, with remote training and on-site coaching.

The role requires 2–4 years of client-facing training in software or services, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel. We offer full benefits, remote-work options, and a dynamic, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing training experience in software/services.
• Orthodontic or dental industry experience is a plus; experience with OrthoFi is a plus.
• Experience with instructional design is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and training efforts for orthodontic practices, ensuring successful adoption of OrthoFi solutions.
• Align with key stakeholders to manage scheduling, project timelines, and training needs.
• Conduct remote and onsite training sessions, providing hands-on support to orthodontic staff during system setup and go-live phases.
• Support post-implementation efforts, including hosting office hours and addressing ongoing training needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective client handoffs.
